It's Been a Long Time.

and it has!! wowweee...i guess it takes me a lot to blog nowadays. a good reason to (like guilt for not blogging), an 'S' paper lecture that starts in about an hours time, a good internet connection, like the school's one instead of the hostel's, and finally, i have to blog 'cos i have quite a lot to say.

first things first. midyears. let me get all this out of the way. i didn't do spectacularly well, and by no means am i using this blog to announce, but just...oh well, it's my space 'innit? so if this affects me, it'll affect this blog. so here's what i got.

yep well, i'm not really interested in giving you all a breakdown of my marks, so we'll just move on, yea? things that have happened! oh well, let's see...actually a great deal happened, but suddenly when it comes to typing it all down, it vanishes...

i just tried googling for 'ming hui' or 'ming hui blog' and i didnt' reli come up with my blog. hahaha...quite happy about that actually. gives me this (false?) sense of security that my blog is still shared within my circle of friends, and possibly their circle of friends, and possibly their friends' circle of friends....okay, i am THAT bored...see what too much time does to one?

anyway, i found a new addiction in the form of The Sandman comics. the timing couldn't have been better. for a long time there has been this gnawing urge to indulge in this doodad, but up untill now, it never took place. it's all about timing i guess. with my GP teacher talking all about it, and then the author himself appearing in Singapore to autograph his books, and then the final and the strongest factor, the MOE dispensing us our money!! walaaah!! the deal was done.

it was about the King of Dreams, Morpheus, who was imprisoned for 70 years. and his adventures and the recovery of his power and reign in the dream world. nice shite man, even if i say it myself!

just yesterday i was watching this clip by a british indian Russell Peters. haha, damn funny, his accents and all the racial slurs. he's great, being able to see the lighter side of things. even himself. that's what i want to be able to do too, sometimes, but nowadays, it's not always possible. being some stuck-up a-hole thinking i'm the greatest person that can ever be is the last thing i'd wish to happen. but anyways, i digress. go and download him or something la...i gurantee you. you'll like it. it comes with a 30 day money back gurantee. just present me the receipt and i'll refund you. if you're downloading it, then too bad...

just some class gossip. there's a guy and a girl in my class who appear very close but give the inmpression that there's really something behind their modest behaviour in class...hmm...and there's rumour of a classmate teethering on the edge of sexual normalacy...double 'hmm...'
